She may not have ever gone chasing tornados, but she had her family and that was enough. Amanda was a fantastic wife and mother who made sure her family always had everything they needed. She loved her community, loved to cook, and loved to watch people eat her food. Amanda was an incredibly kind and honest person, always willing to help someone in need and never asking for anything in return. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Tommy Fowler. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband Clarence James C.J. She loved going to church on Sundays and enjoyed cooking. Lucille was a member of the Cypress Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Kinard, FL. She retired from the United States Postal Service. Lucille was born on March 25, 1930, in Kinard, FL and had lived in Calhoun County for most of her life. Lucille McGill, age 94, of Kinard, FL passed away Friday, April 5, 2024, in Panama City. All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL. Memorialization by cremation the family will have a service at a later date.

Survivors include, Two daughters, Jennifer Stotz and husband, Cody of Blountstown, FL, Rhonda Tipton of Bristol FL. Sisters Anna Jean Wolf, Lucille Adkins, and Louise Womack. He is Preceded in death by his parents Willie and Lucy Adkins.

Roger was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. He was a Handy man enjoyed watching westerns on TV and spending time with his family. Willie was born on April 8, 1942, in Blountstown to Willie Adkins and Lucy Pelt and had lived in Blountstown all of his life. Willie Roger Adkins age 81, of Blountstown, FL passed away Friday, April 19, 2024, in Blountstown. All arrangements are under the direction of Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL. There will be a reception for family and friends following the interment at the Chipola Community Church Fellowship Hall. Interment will follow at Victory Hill Church Cemetery. Services for Joyce will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Chipola Community Church with visitation beginning at 10:00am CT and the funeral service starting at 11:00am CT.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, James ‘Jimmy’ Maloy son, Tony Maloy daughter-in-law, Melissa O’Bryan grandson, Benjamin Barbee and infant sister, Margaret Godwin. She enjoyed researching family genealogy, antiquing, gardening, and spending time with her family. She was a homemaker, master prankster, and prayer warrior. Joyce was a member of Chipola Community Church. Joe, FL, to the late Judge JL ‘Big Jim’ and Lillian ‘Lucille’ Godwin. Joyce was born October 20, 1948, in Port St. Hazel ‘Joyce’ Maloy, age 75, of Altha, FL, passed away April 24, 2024.
